When people think of the Texas Hill Country, Dripping Springs often comes to mind as the gateway to this stunning region. Nestled in this picturesque area is Caliterra, one of my favorite neighborhoods. With its perfect blend of natural beauty and modern amenities, Caliterra is an exemplary community that truly captures the essence of Hill Country living.

Caliterra spans approximately 600 acres, but what sets it apart is its dedication to preserving the natural landscape. A whopping 250 acres of the neighborhood is dedicated green space, giving residents park-like surroundings to enjoy. Imagine waking up to gentle rolling hills adorned with majestic oak trees, walking and biking trails, picnic areas, and a serene fishing dock along Onion Creek. For those seeking more exclusivity, there is a gated luxury section where you can build a custom home on larger lots, typically closer to half an acre. Prices in this section range from the low $1 million to $2 million, depending on the home’s size and design.
